Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 1 ltr Mother Dairy Toned Milk
  • 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
  • 1 Kg Freshos Bread Crumbs
  • 180 g Repeat Gud Healthy Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 850 g Sundrop Lite Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
  • 10 pcs Eggee Provita+ Brown Eggs

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of milk to 1/4 cup of Panko breadcrumbs and let it soak until the breadcrumbs are moist.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of Nutty Yogi Oats Flour, the soaked breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. 4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour 1 cup of Hommade Tomato Puree into the skillet with the browned meatballs. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Once the meatballs are fully cooked and infused with the sauce, serve them hot with your choice of pasta, bread, or a side salad.
