- 850 g Sundrop Lite Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
- 10 pcs Eggee Provita+ Brown Eggs
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of milk to 1/4 cup of Panko breadcrumbs and let it soak until the breadcrumbs are moist.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of Nutty Yogi Oats Flour, the soaked breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 3. Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

- 6. Once the meatballs are fully cooked and infused with the sauce, serve them hot with your choice of pasta, bread, or a side salad.
