- 1 kg Whole Farm Premium Brown Rice
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
- 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a Dutch oven or large oven-safe pot, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup diced bell pepper, 1 cup diced onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 4 2/3 cups chicken broth, 2 cups brown rice, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 4. Cover the pot with a lid or foil and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from the oven, uncover, and stir in 1 cup of diced carrots. Re-cover and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the carrots are cooked through.
- 6. Remove from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve warm.
