Ingredients
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 40 g On1Y Ginger Powder
- 150 g Urban Platter Arrowroot Powder
Instructions
- 1. While the beef is partly frozen, slice it as thin as possible for quick cooking.
- 2. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar. Pour this mixture over the sliced beef and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- 3. Cut 2 bell peppers and 2 tomatoes into cubes, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
- 4. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and 1/2 tsp ground ginger. Cook for 1 minute, then remove the garlic to prevent it from burning.
- 5. Add the cubed bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring often to ensure even cooking.
- 6. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- 7. Add the cubed tomatoes to the skillet, followed immediately by a mixture of 1/4 cup soy sauce blended with 1 tsp arrowroot powder. Stir well to combine.
- 8. Continue cooking and stirring until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
- 9. Serve the stir-fry hot over steamed rice for a complete and satisfying meal.
