- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Tomato Juice
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté 1/2 cup of diced green capsicum and 1 diced onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- 3. Skip this step as sauerkraut is not available.
- 4. In the same skillet, sauté 1/4 cup of diced sweet bell pepper and 1 diced onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the sautéed vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of tomato juice to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- 6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, cover with a lid or aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
