- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves, and set them aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until light and frothy.
- 3. Gradually add millet flour, water, salt, and pepper to the eggs, mixing to create a smooth batter.
- 4. Stir in the chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds into the batter.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a round pancake shape.
- 7. Cook the pancake on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
- 8. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- 9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, ensuring even cooking.
- 10. Serve the hot pancakes with your favorite chutney or ketchup for a delightful breakfast.
