  • 100G Chicken Masala (100g)
  • - Proso Millet Flour
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 50G Suhana Meatmutton
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly under running water and set aside to drain.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat and sauté the chicken thighs until lightly browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add the ginger powder, fresh turmeric, and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix to the pan and stir for 1 minute to release the aroma.
  4. 4. Pour in the water and bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  5. 5. Add the drained millet to the pan and stir well to combine with the chicken and spices.
  6. 6. Allow the mixture to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  7. 7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and salt, then continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the millet is soft and the vegetables are tender.
