- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 500G Loose Besan
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, green chili, garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, cooked millet, and chickpea flour.
- 3. Add chopped vegetables, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, and salt to the bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a cohesive mixture for shaping patties.
- 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- 7. Place the patties into the skillet and fry them for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- 8. Flip carefully to ensure even cooking and crisp edges on both sides.
- 9. Once golden brown and cooked through, remove the patties from the skillet.
- 10. Serve the hot millet chicken patties with green chutney or yogurt dip.
