Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Dhaniya Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 4. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt; cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 5. Add chicken mince and mix well, breaking up the mince with a spatula as it cooks.
- 6. Cook the keema for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well browned and cooked through.
- 7. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat; set aside to cool slightly.
- 8. In a bowl, mix rice flour, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter.
- 9. Heat a flat griddle or pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- 10. Pour a ladle of rice batter onto the griddle, spreading evenly to make a thin toast-like layer.
- 11. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
- 12. Top each rice toast with a generous spoonful of chicken keema.
- 13. Garnish with extra coriander leaves and serve warm for a hearty breakfast.
