  • 2 x 400 g Licious Chicken Breast - Boneless - Pack Of 2
  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
  • 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 100 g Everest White Pepper
  • 50 g On1Y Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a paper bag or shallow dish.
  2. 2. Coat 2 pounds of chicken breast, one piece at a time, in the flour mixture by shaking it in the bag or dredging it in the dish.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the coated chicken on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side. Work in batches if necessary.
  4. 4. Once all the chicken is browned, drain off any excess oil from the skillet.
