- 2 x 400 g Licious Chicken Breast - Boneless - Pack Of 2
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 100 g Everest White Pepper
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1. Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a paper bag or shallow dish.
- 2. Coat 2 pounds of chicken breast, one piece at a time, in the flour mixture by shaking it in the bag or dredging it in the dish.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the coated chicken on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side. Work in batches if necessary.
- 4. Once all the chicken is browned, drain off any excess oil from the skillet.
- 5. Sprinkle 1 package of onion soup mix evenly over the chicken in the skillet.
- 6. Pour 1 cup of white wine and 1 cup of water over the chicken. Stir gently to combine the liquids with the soup mix.
- 7. Cover the skillet and simmer the chicken over low heat for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
