  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 250 g Organically Grown Baby Potato
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper (Haladi Dappa Menasinakaayi)
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • - Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes and rinse under cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced potatoes.
  3. 3. Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. 5. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
