  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes while you prepare other ingredients.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, and spinach; keep them ready for cooking.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add chopped onions to the pan, sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger and garlic.
  6. 6. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft; stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
  7. 7. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, cooking until browned and fully sealed, approximately 7 minutes.
