  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes before cooking.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
