- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50G Suhana Meatmutton
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- - White Pepper
- - Tomato Chutney Mix
- 100 g Agapi Strawberry Protein Yogurt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
Instructions
- 1. Boil the rice with water and a pinch of salt until fully cooked; drain and let it cool slightly.
- 2. Dice the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate it with Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and white pepper for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked and golden brown.
