  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Rice
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then set it aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the chicken breast, ginger slices, and garlic cloves.
  3. 3. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook the chicken for 15 minutes until tender and fully cooked.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken and shred it into thin strips using two forks, then set it aside.
  5. 5. Add the rinsed rice to the pot and stir well, letting it simmer for 25 minutes while stirring occasionally.
