Ingredients

  • 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (250 g) Kedia Pavitra Red Chilli Powder
  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 4 oz paneer (crumbled), 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp red pepper powder. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  2. 2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Shape the chilled dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
  5. 5. Flatten each ball gently with a fork to create a patterned surface.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let the bites cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
