Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 125 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 125 g Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
  • 10 g Fresh Thyme
  • 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 250 g French Beans - 250 G
  • 400G Freshos Corn Kernels
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 1 Ltr Sarwar Salad Oil
  • 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
  • 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
  • 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1/4 cup cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 2 cups diced onions, 1 cup diced carrot, and 1 diced red, yellow, and green pepper. Sauté until the onions become transparent, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 1 1/2 pounds of finely chopped French Beans to the pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. 3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup all-purpose flour over the mixture and stir well to combine. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 1/2 tablespoons chicken base, 2 1/2 tablespoons beef base, and 1/4 cup Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4. Stir until the ingredients are well blended.
  4. 4. Gradually add 3 cups of Bisleri Packaged Water to the pot, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper, 3/4 teaspoon thyme, 3/4 teaspoon marjoram, and 1 bay leaf. Add 1/2 and a 14-ounce can of Hommade Tomato Puree. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
  6. 6. Add 1/4 cup diced Freshos Corn Kernels, 3/4 pound trimmed and halved French Beans, and 5 ounces of kernel corn to the pot. Simmer until the green beans are tender, about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the bay leaf and stir in 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
