Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Jairaj Black Eye Chawli
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 ltr Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 500 g of black-eyed peas into the pan. Cook until heated through, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the cooked black-eyed peas from the skillet and set aside.
- 2. In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté 1 diced onion and 1 cup diced sweet bell pepper over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Return the cooked black-eyed peas to the skillet and stir in 1 diced tomato.
- 4. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld together.
- 5. Season with flavored salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
- 6. Serve hot with a side of tossed salad and garlic bread for a complete and satisfying dinner.
