Ingredients
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and set aside.
- 2. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.
- 3. Peel and finely chop the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Mix in ginger, garlic, and green chilies, and cook until aromatic for about 1 minute.
- 7. Add chopped tomato and cook until softened, stirring to blend the flavors.
- 8. Sprinkle turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, and mix well.
- 9. Add sliced mushrooms, stirring to coat them with the masala, and cook for 5 minutes.
- 10. Stir in chopped spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- 11. Add garam masala and adjust salt as needed, mixing thoroughly.
- 12. Cook for 2 more minutes to let the flavors meld before turning off the heat.
- 13. Serve hot with a garnish of fresh coriander if desired.
