Ingredients

  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.
  3. 3. Peel and finely chop the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Mix in ginger, garlic, and green chilies, and cook until aromatic for about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Add chopped tomato and cook until softened, stirring to blend the flavors.
  8. 8. Sprinkle turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, and mix well.
  9. 9. Add sliced mushrooms, stirring to coat them with the masala, and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir in chopped spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  11. 11. Add garam masala and adjust salt as needed, mixing thoroughly.
  12. 12. Cook for 2 more minutes to let the flavors meld before turning off the heat.
