Ingredients
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 Kg Freshos Polenta Bramata
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Ketchup Glass
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté 1/3 cup of diced onion and 1 minced garlic clove until the onions are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then stir in 1/4 cup of ketchup and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and set aside.
- 4. Prepare the polenta according to the package directions in a separate bowl.
- 5. Spread half of the prepared polenta evenly into the greased baking dish.
- 6. Spoon the onion and garlic mixture over the batter, spreading it out evenly.
