- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
- - Malai Paneer
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 250 g Onion Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Dice 1 sambar onion, 1 green capsicum, and 1 celery stalk. Sauté them in a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add 1 can of kabuli chana and 1/2 teaspoon of mirchi powder (Bedagi) to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- 4. Prepare a kosher-friendly pizza crust mix according to the package instructions.
- 5. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and spread the prepared dough evenly across the bottom.
- 6. Spread the kabuli chana and vegetable mixture evenly over the dough.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
- 8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
