- 250 g Spring Onion
- 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 g Dry Fruit Hub Pure & Natural Saffron
Instructions
- 1. Sprinkle the saffron into a small bowl and pour in 1 tablespoon of water. Stir gently and set aside.
- 2. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk in 1 tablespoon of water. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, pour in the egg and tilt the pan to spread it out like an omelet. Once set, transfer the egg to a bowl and break it into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and turn the heat to high. Once hot, add the ginger and cook for about 15 seconds, stirring frequently. Then add the saffron water and the tomatoes. Cook the mixture until most of the water evaporates, stirring often, for about 4 minutes.
- 4. Add the sliced onions and cook for 1 minute. Then add the cooked white rice, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the corn and the cooked egg, stir, and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- 5. Serve the fried rice with a sprinkling of scallions and soy sauce to taste.
