- 100 g Coriander Leaves

- - Cumin Seeds 100g
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 10G Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to release their aroma.
- 2. Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the pan, cooking until softened.
- 3. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, stirring well to combine.
- 4. Gradually add pearl millet flour and mix to form a smooth paste.
- 5. Slowly pour in water while stirring to avoid lumps in the mixture.
- 6. Simmer the porridge on low heat, stirring continuously until thickened.
- 7. Finely chop coriander leaves and add them for freshness and flavor.
- 8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to fully blend the spices and millet.
- 9. Serve hot in bowls, garnished with more coriander if desired.
