Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch x 2 Coriander Leaves (Kotthambari)
  • 400 g Pastazara Peeled Tomatoes In Tomato Juice
  • 200 g Sweet Corn Peeled
  • 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Rajma Chitra
  • 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
  • 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium-sized saucepan, add 2 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of cooked black beans, and 1 cup of sweet corn kernels.
  2. 2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of hing (asafoetida), 1 tsp of cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder over the ingredients.
  3. 3. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  5. 5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh cilantro leaves and paired with warm flatbread or rice.
