  • 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
  • 500 g Suji
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds until they start to splutter.
  2. 2. Add curry leaves and finely chopped green chilies, sautéing for about 30 seconds for aromatic flavor.
  3. 3. Stir in the ginger powder, buknu spice blend, and fresh turmeric, cooking for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and preserved dried salted black beans, cooking until softened, around 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Toast the suji in a separate dry pan for 2 minutes until lightly golden, enhancing its nutty flavor.
  6. 6. Gradually add the toasted suji to the vegetable mixture, stirring continuously to combine evenly.
  7. 7. Pour water into the pan and mix well, ensuring no lumps form as the suji absorbs the liquid.
