  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds until they crackle.
  2. 2. Add curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
  3. 3. Stir in ginger powder and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, cooking for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
  5. 5. Pour in water and coconut milk, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil.
  6. 6. Slowly add rice semolina while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  7. 7. Reduce heat to low and let the mixture cook, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
