Ingredients
- 1 Kg Star Jsr L Kolam Rice1kg
- - MASOOR DAL SPECIAL 500GM
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Ginger Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Rock Salt
- - White Pepper
- 180 g Vinegar
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- 1 pack (50 g) Pik Baking Powder | Double Acting
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
- 100 g Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Wash the lentils thoroughly and cook them in boiling water for about 15 minutes until tender, then drain.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 4. Add the Frozen Mixed Vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until slightly cooked.
- 5. Mix in the cooked lentils, Ginger Powder, and Fresh Turmeric, and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- 6. Add the drained rice to the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- 7. Season with Rock Salt, White Pepper, and Vinegar, and toss the mixture gently.
- 8. Sprinkle the Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans and Pik Baking Powder | Double Acting over the mixture, stirring thoroughly.
- 9. Cover the pan and let the mixture cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
- 10. Finely chop Coriander leaves and garnish the snack bowls with them for a fresh touch.
