- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, gram flour, and coconut milk to make a smooth dosa batter.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chilies, sautéing until aromatic.
- 3. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted and tender.
- 4. Crumble paneer into the spinach mixture and season with turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
- 5. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- 6. Heat a dosa tawa or flat pan and grease lightly with oil before pouring a ladle of batter onto it.
- 7. Spread the batter thinly in a circular motion to create a dosa, cooking for 2-3 minutes until edges lift easily.
- 8. Place a generous amount of the paneer-spinach filling onto the center of the dosa.
- 9. Fold the dosa into a wrap or roll, ensuring the filling is securely enclosed.
- 10. Repeat the process for the second serving, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve warm.
