Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and water to make a smooth dosa batter.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- 3. Add chopped spinach, green chilies, turmeric powder, and salt, and sauté until spinach wilts.
- 4. Crumble paneer into the pan and stir for 2 minutes to combine well with the spinach mixture.
- 5. Heat a flat griddle and grease it lightly with oil.
- 6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread into a thin circle to make a dosa.
- 7. Cook until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- 8. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach stuffing onto the center of the dosa.
- 9. Roll the dosa tightly around the stuffing and repeat for the remaining batter and filling.
- 10. Serve the dosa rolls warm with a side of chutney or pickle, if desired.
