Ingredients

  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Garlic Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces and set them aside.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the ginger powder, garlic powder, turmeric, and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix; cook for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir well; cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Drain the millet and add it to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables and spices.
