Ingredients
- - Organic Vegetable Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Combine foxtail millet flour with water and salt in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Wash and finely chop spinach leaves, coriander, onions, and green chilies.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté onions, green chilies, and cumin seeds.
- 4. Add spinach, turmeric, and a pinch of salt to the pan; cook until wilted and aromatic.
- 5. Crumble paneer and mix it into the spinach filling; cook for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil using a brush or tissue.
- 7. Pour a ladle of millet batter onto the pan and spread it thinly in a circular motion.
- 8. Cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes until edges lift off naturally and flip it to cook the other side.
- 9. Spread the spinach-paneer filling evenly over the cooked dosa and fold it in half gently.
- 10. Repeat the process for all remaining batter and filling to make two servings.
- 11. Serve hot with optional mint chutney or fresh yogurt for added flavor.
