Ingredients
- 500G Loose Besan
- 1pc Watermelon
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and water to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion, green chilies, carrot, and capsicum, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- 4. Crumble the paneer and add it to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Stir in chopped coriander leaves, then remove the filling from heat and set aside.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of the batter, spreading it into a thin pancake.
- 7. Cook the pancake on medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
- 8. Place a portion of the paneer vegetable filling in the center of the pancake.
- 9. Roll the pancake tightly around the filling to form a roll.
- 10. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling to prepare all rolls.
- 11. Serve warm with green chutney or a side of yogurt for extra flavor.
