Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
  • 200 g Nutrela Soya (Chunks)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • 50 g White Pepper Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 1 kg Beetroot
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Boil the rice in 500ml of water until cooked and fluffy, then set aside to cool.
  3. 3. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the soy chunks until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same pan, add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. 6. Sprinkle Dal Makhani Spice Mix, white pepper, and ginger powder over the vegetables and stir well to coat evenly.
  7. 7. Add the preserved dried salted black beans and grated fresh turmeric to the pan, stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Mix the cooked rice into the pan, ensuring it combines evenly with the vegetables and spices.
  9. 9. Toss the fried soy chunks back into the pan and stir everything together for an additional 3 minutes.
  10. 10. Season the rice mixture with rock salt and adjust spices as needed.
  11. 11. Lower the heat and let the fried rice cook for 2 minutes to meld flavors.
