Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 600g Wholegrain Rolled Oats Jar/Pouch
- - Rice Flour
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 2 minutes.
- 3. Stir in turmeric, red chili, cumin, coriander powders, and cook for 1 minute.
- 4. Add minced lamb and cook on medium flame until the meat is browned.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, forming a thick masala.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala powder, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Garnish the lamb keema with fresh coriander leaves and set aside.
- 8. Grind oats into a fine flour using a blender.
- 9. In a bowl, combine oat flour, rice flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
- 10. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into flatbreads.
- 11. Heat a skillet and cook each flatbread until golden spots appear on both sides.
- 12. Serve the hot lamb keema with warm oat flatbreads.
