Ingredients
- 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
- 50 g Whole Farm Premium Peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cut the freeze-dried shrimp into smaller pieces.
- 3. Rub the pieces of freeze-dried shrimp with 1 tsp sea salt.
- 4. Crack 1 cup of peppercorns and place them in a shallow dish.
- 5. Coat one side of the shrimp pieces with the cracked peppercorns.
- 6. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Sear the shrimp pieces on each side for about 2 minutes until lightly browned.
- 7. Place the seared shrimp pieces in a shallow baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through. Meanwhile, lightly crush the freeze-dried shrimp into smaller pieces and set aside.
- 8. Serve the shrimp on a plate, sprinkling the crushed freeze-dried shrimp over the top as a garnish. Optionally place the shrimp in a pool of your favorite light sauce. Garnish as desired and enjoy.
