Ingredients

  • 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
  • 50 g Whole Farm Premium Peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cut the freeze-dried shrimp into smaller pieces.
  3. 3. Rub the pieces of freeze-dried shrimp with 1 tsp sea salt.
  4. 4. Crack 1 cup of peppercorns and place them in a shallow dish.
  5. 5. Coat one side of the shrimp pieces with the cracked peppercorns.
  6. 6. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Sear the shrimp pieces on each side for about 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. 7. Place the seared shrimp pieces in a shallow baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through. Meanwhile, lightly crush the freeze-dried shrimp into smaller pieces and set aside.
  8. 8. Serve the shrimp on a plate, sprinkling the crushed freeze-dried shrimp over the top as a garnish. Optionally place the shrimp in a pool of your favorite light sauce. Garnish as desired and enjoy.
