- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- - Garlic Paste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Rub the fish with turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt evenly on both sides.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan on medium heat and gently fry the fish fillets until golden and crisp on both sides.
- 4. Rinse the millet under cold water, then boil it with water in a pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
- 5. Reduce heat and stir in coconut milk, letting it simmer for 5 minutes to absorb the creamy flavor.
- 6. Add chopped green chilies to the millet for a mild spice kick and stir well.
