  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Garlic Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Rub the fish with turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt evenly on both sides.
  3. 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan on medium heat and gently fry the fish fillets until golden and crisp on both sides.
  4. 4. Rinse the millet under cold water, then boil it with water in a pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
