- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 5 ltr Fortune Xpert Pro Immunity Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Sunflower Oil
- 30 ml The Select Aisle Natural Vanilla Extract
- 250 g Peach
Instructions
- 1. Separate the peach slices from their juice and set both aside.

- 4. In a shallow bowl, beat 1 egg with a pinch of nutmeg until well combined.
- 5. Dip each polenta slice into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- 6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Fry the polenta slices for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Add the peach slices to the reduced juice and vanilla extract mixture, stirring gently to coat them.
- 8. Serve the fried polenta slices topped with the peach and vanilla reduction. Optionally, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent finish.
