Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
  • 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
  • - Miso White Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray a large cold skillet with nonstick coating and heat over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 tsp of miso paste to create a savory base. Set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add 1 diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 2 tsp of paprika and 1 tbsp of tomato paste, cooking for 1 minute to release the flavors.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually add the yogurt-miso mixture, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.
  6. 6. Add 2 cups of cooked bread flour dumplings (made by mixing bread flour with water, shaping into small pieces, and boiling) to the skillet. Mix well to coat the dumplings in the sauce.
  7. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
  8. 8. Garnish with 2 tbsp of chopped parsley before serving.
