- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- - PARACHUTE COCONUT OIL 100ML

- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove bitterness and set aside.
- 2. In a pot, bring 200 ml of water to boil, add quinoa, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until fluffy.
- 3. Dice the paneer into bite-sized cubes and mix it with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and lemon juice; let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and stir-fry the paneer cubes until golden brown; set aside on a plate.
- 5. In the same pan, sauté diced onions, capsicum, and tomatoes until they soften and develop a slight char.
- 6. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to the sautéed vegetables, stirring to combine the spices evenly.
