Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut paneer into cubes and mix it with yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 2. Let the paneer marinate for 15 minutes while you prep other ingredients and cook the basmati rice until fluffy.
- 3. Chop bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces and set aside for stir-frying.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated paneer cubes until golden on all sides.
- 5. In the same pan, stir-fry the chopped bell pepper and onion until slightly charred but still crisp.
- 6. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and mix them with the cooked paneer cubes.
- 7. Plate the cooked basmati rice and top it generously with the paneer tikka and stir-fried vegetables.
- 8. Garnish the dish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
