- 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 50G Suhana Meatmutton
- 100G Sur Black Salt
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix
- - Coriander Powder-200 Gm
- 200 g Cream
- - EVE.CUMIN POWDER 50GM
- - Ginger-500 Gms
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- - Onion-250 Gms
- - Rock Salt
- 150 g Wingreens Farms Dill Tzatziki Dip
Instructions
- 1. Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. Mix rice flour, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, turmeric, and ginger powder with water to form a smooth marinade.
- 3. Coat paneer cubes with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the marinated paneer until golden and slightly crisp.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil and cook the frozen mixed vegetables until tender.
- 6. Sprinkle black salt and lemon juice over the cooked vegetables for added flavor.
