Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 pack (500 g) Nandini Thick Curd Pouch
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate it with curd, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder for 15 minutes.
- 2. Wash the rice thoroughly, then soak it in water for 10 minutes and drain.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
- 4. Add finely chopped onions and sauté till golden brown, then stir in ginger-garlic paste.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into a paste.
- 6. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 2 minutes.
- 7. Add rice to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes, then pour in water and salt. Cook covered until the rice is fully cooked.
- 8. Heat another pan with oil for the paneer tikka. Add capsicum and marinated paneer cubes, cooking until lightly charred.
- 9. Serve the cooked masala rice in bowls and top with the charred paneer tikka and capsicum.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for added flavor and vibrancy.
