Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let this sit for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the long-grain rice thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the marinated paneer on medium heat until golden and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
  6. 6. In the same pan, sauté the fresh mixed vegetables until tender yet crisp, adding a pinch of salt and spices as needed.
