Ingredients

  • Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture and whisk to form a smooth batter without lumps.
  3. 3. Chop paneer, onion, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves finely for the stuffing.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, capsicum, and green chilies until softened.
  5. 5. Add paneer cubes to the pan and season with salt and a pinch of red chili powder.
  6. 6. Stir in chopped coriander leaves and cook the stuffing for 2 minutes; set aside.
  7. 7. Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it thinly to form a cheela.
  8. 8. Cook the cheela on medium flame until golden and flip to cook the other side.
  9. 9. Place a portion of paneer stuffing in the center of the cooked cheela.
  10. 10. Roll the cheela tightly around the stuffing to form a neat roll.
  11. 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and stuffing to make additional rolls.
  12. 12. Serve the paneer-stuffed cheela rolls warm with chutney or ketchup.
