Ingredients
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture and whisk to form a smooth batter without lumps.
- 3. Chop paneer, onion, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves finely for the stuffing.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, capsicum, and green chilies until softened.
- 5. Add paneer cubes to the pan and season with salt and a pinch of red chili powder.
- 6. Stir in chopped coriander leaves and cook the stuffing for 2 minutes; set aside.
- 7. Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it thinly to form a cheela.
- 8. Cook the cheela on medium flame until golden and flip to cook the other side.
- 9. Place a portion of paneer stuffing in the center of the cooked cheela.
- 10. Roll the cheela tightly around the stuffing to form a neat roll.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and stuffing to make additional rolls.
- 12. Serve the paneer-stuffed cheela rolls warm with chutney or ketchup.
