Ingredients
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- - Rice Flour
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 4 hours.
- 2. Blend the millet with rice flour, salt, and water until smooth to make the dosa batter.
- 3. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté cumin seeds and chopped green chilies.
- 4. Add finely chopped spinach to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until wilted.
- 5. Crumble paneer into the spinach mixture and stir well for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 6. Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladle of millet batter, spreading it thinly into a dosa shape.
- 7. Cook the dosa on medium flame for 2 minutes until the edges lift slightly.
- 8. Place a spoonful of paneer-spinach filling on one side of the dosa and fold it over.
- 9. Press gently with a spatula to seal the dosa and cook for another 1 minute.
- 10. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and filling.
- 11. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney for added flavor.
