Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Crumble the paneer and mix it with cumin powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 3. In a bowl, combine millet flour, water, and salt to form a smooth batter.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Spread a ladle of batter on the pan to form a thin pancake and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6. Place a spoonful of paneer and spinach mixture in the center of the pancake.
- 7. Fold the pancake carefully to encase the filling and press gently to seal.
- 8. Flip and cook the folded pancake for another 3 minutes until lightly browned.
- 9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling.
- 10. Serve warm with a chutney or yogurt dip on the side.
