Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 3. Chop onions, tomatoes, and green chilies, and add them to the pan; sauté until softened.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt; stir to combine the spices evenly.
- 5. Drain the millet and add it to the pan; mix well with the sautéed mixture.
- 6. Pour in the coconut milk and 200 ml of water; bring to a boil.
- 7. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes until the millet is cooked.
- 8. Cube the paneer and lightly pan-fry it in a separate skillet until golden brown.
- 9. Add the paneer cubes to the millet mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve warm in bowls.
