- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 250 g Carrot
- - Bell Peppers
- 1 pc Broccoli
- - Chicken Breast
- 100G Cashews
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 430 ml Oyster Sauce
- 500 g Sugar
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 200 g Paneer
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them crackle for a few seconds.
- 3. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomato and green chilies; cook until the tomato softens.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well with the sautéed vegetables.
- 6. Crumble the paneer and add it to the pan, mixing thoroughly with the spices.
- 7. Add cooked chickpeas and stir everything together; cook for 3-5 minutes.
- 8. Warm the wraps on a tawa, ensuring they are soft and pliable.
- 9. Spoon the paneer and chickpea mixture onto the wraps and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 10. Roll the wraps tightly, ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.
- 11. Slice the wraps in half for easier serving, or serve whole as desired.
