  • 1 Bunch Fresh Dill (Bunch)
  • NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
  • 230G Mowi Asc Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • 125G Grissini Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks, 125G
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 250 G Onion Shallots 300g
  • - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Rub the fillets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse the long-grain rice and soak it in water while preparing other ingredients.
  4. 4. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic and diced onion until golden.
  5. 5. Add the soaked rice to the skillet, stir well, and pour in 400ml of water.
  6. 6. Cover the skillet and let the rice simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
