Ingredients
- 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
- 500 g Carrot
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 3 pcs Cucumber Green
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 5 ltr Saffola Sunflower And Rice Bran Blended Cooking Oil - Free 1 L Pouch
- 2 x 170 ml Masterchow White Vinegar - Pack Of 2
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and drain 1 can of French-style green beans and 1 can of peas. Set aside.
- 2. Peel and thinly slice 2 carrots, dice 1 bell pepper, chop 1 onion, and dice 1 tomato. Slice 2 cucumbers into thin rounds.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, peas, carrots, bell pepper, onion, tomato, and cucumber.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt until the sugar is dissolved.
- 5. Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly.
- 6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- 7. Before serving, give the vegetables a final toss and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled.
