- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- 2. In a 2 to 3-quart casserole dish, layer 1 cup of cooked quinoa evenly on the bottom.
- 3. Add 1 cup of diced bell pepper as the next layer, followed by 1 cup of diced carrots and 1 cup of diced onions.
- 4. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of chickpea flour with water to create a batter, then pour it evenly over the vegetable layers.
- 5. Top with 1 cup of diced bell pepper, spreading them evenly across the surface. Season each layer with salt and pepper as you go.
